So this isn't a list about which killers are the most "bad ass", or have the most bodycounts, most brutal methods etc.
But rather who do you think are just creepy bastards?
It can be what you know as a whole about them, things they have said, their demeanor in photos or interviews, or just how if you had met them casually on the street, you would think there just isn't something right with that guy.
Also it would be good to actually list why why you think so.
I will add one. Not the single creepiest, but somewhat of a stereotypical creep.

I mean do you really need to even know more than what his face looks like? He is the quintessential stereotypical creepy van driving pervert whos real hair looks like a bad wig type of guy. |

gerard schaefer has to be one of the creepiest. the fact that he was a cop, the methods he used on his victims, the sick fuck look on his face, his drawings, pretty much everything about him.
the interview he did with stephane bourgoin makes my skin crawl - especially when he describes talking with ted bundy

I strongly agree with Schaffer. He is creepy in a if you saw him on the street, you wouldn't look twice at him way, but if he was your co-worker, you would be like "man this guy is fucking sketchy". He is just so damn smug. You can sense the giant ego for himself and contempt for others.
And Toole is just a big weird ugly simple minded bastard. Creepy certainly fits.
Jablonski also oozes creepy psychopath.
I honestly don't think of Kuklinski as "creepy" but intimidating yes. |

Based solely on the interview video Schaeffer is creppy as fuck, he's just so subtle about it too

Fritz wasn't very creepy, quite the contrary, he was effeminate, which I guess in some social circles is creepy, but not the type of creepy I think were going for.
IMO the creepiest serial killers are the ones that were never caught.

speck has always struck me as more desperate than anything else.
it's as if he willingly accepts that unless he goes to extremes noone will ever give him the time of day.
that being said, he is pretty damn good at going to extremes.

i've read this entire thread and am very surprised to not see albert fish as anyone's pick.
this is the creepiest thing ive ever read:

I choked her to death, then cut her in small pieces so I could take my meat to my rooms. Cook and eat it. How sweet and tender her little ass was roasted in the oven.
